Health promotion in 2012 is more important to me than ever, and the best part is that I am learning more than ever about health and wellness and what the body really needs. In fact, the reality is that whatever plan you follow for health and wellness may really only work best for you and not for others. This is okay because we all have a different physical makeup, different blood type and different goals for nutrition and weight loss if any at all.
Generally, most people I know want to lose weight, but they also just want to feel better which is the key to getting things accomplished in everyday life. Feeling better and having energy is the key to living in peace, functioning in society and being able to carry on with normal activities, and if you can do this, you will feel much better.

A health promotion for you is the only thing that you can do for you, but keep in mind that it’s something you need to work at every day to keep up with.
Keep journal or a diary for your diet if you find that makes it easier, and if not, and then continue to just follow as rigid a plan as possible. Again, what works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa.
Each day when you wake up decide that you are going to move on and move up no matter what, and if you decide that you are going to remain committed to your health, that will make it much easier to keep up with the plan.
