Burn Out: How to Avoid it and Thrive Every Day!

Burn out is a horrible state of mind and body. Whether you believe that you are overworked, underpaid, or both, you could be burned out on your career. This is the reason online marketing really appealed to me. I knew that I could do less work, have greater impact, and still make the same if not more if I chose to do so.

Many of you reading this were probably searching online, desperately looking for a way to avoid burn out, and you just wanted to know how you could easily step away, or get someone else to help you. The main problem families face today is the inability to afford vacation and the demands of making sure that the kids are here, there, and everywhere at this time, that time, and well, anytime!

How can you create a life that allows you to slow down and smell the coffee? How can you create the life most people covet? Better yet, is there a secret formula to success that you are missing but everyone else has access to?

I am going to share with you how you can avoid getting running yourself into the ground physically, mentally and emotionally with your business, and how you can ensure that you have plenty to offer your crowd now and in the years to come.

Burn out is a horrible state of mind and body. Why Burn Out Occurs

If you aren’t sure whether or not you are experiencing a burn out on what you do, chances are you just haven’t considered WHY you feel this way. If you are working 40 plus hours per week, than I am NOT surprised that you are feeling tired, or better yet why you are questioning why you do what you do.

The following questions may help you identify why you feel as though you are really burned out on something.

  1. Do you question why you do what you do on a frequent basis?
  2. Do you question whether or not you can get up another day and do what you do?
  3. Do you dread getting out of bed?
  4. Do you still dread your work when you get to work?
  5. Do you hate talking about your work?
  6. Do you constantly figure out when you can plan a vacation to get away?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you definitely need to do something different, and you need a change of pace for sure. What is the answer? You work too much, too hard, for not enough money, and you probably have no time for family or to have a little fun. Am I right?

If this sounds like you, keep reading. In the next section I’ll answer this in more detail.
