Coming Up with Creative Blog Content
So, in order to write creative blog content, how do you come with the topics to write about? Ah, that’s a great question, and it’s one that I am glad you asked. Most of my mentors have taught me about outsourcing blogging, and that is great, but I often wonder how in the world a writer comes up with the topics they crank out.
Over time in watching others write blogs and reading books, I started see some similarities in business copy. Those similarities were merely a few things including:
- Positive mental attitude
- Information related to the business they are in
- Content that is based around famous business people
- Content that is based around motivational speakers
- Topics like goal setting, customer service, and motivation
These topics are all related, but they can be helpful when you are speaking to others that are of like mind and attitude. You will enjoy writing it, and when directed to your target audience they will enjoy it too. Know your target audience!
Writing Hypnotic Blog Content
Just in case you weren’t aware, Joe Vitale is one of the best all time experts on how to write in such a manner that it draws the reader into what you are talking about. Writing a book and writing blog content aren’t all that different except that a blog is much shorter. The thought and preparation is the same and as always there should be a process.
Create an opening paragraph that sort of lets the reader know what you intend to talk about, and with that being said, once you do start writing, you need to create subheadings to give the blog some direction so readers know what they are about to read.
Now that you know what to write for blog content, you won’t be missing a beat when it comes to engaging your readers for now and forever!
